Book Covers (Taking requests)

I'll be making book covers for people once they request it. Once you've requested it I'll be sure to make it asap once I have time. Don't expect the covers to be really good. I just like editing in my free time. Practice makes perfect, right?

The rules when you receive your book cover is to make sure you include my username in your story, description, anywhere you want in your story once you use it, and follow me. If you don't like your cover, you can tell me and I'll make a new one for you, but you need to tell me the details again in case I forgot. (Don't always tell me you don't like your book cover because I might not have enough time for too many.)

When you request, these are the things you need to include:
Title:
Genre:
Theme/Picture: (This is optional but if you wanted a specific photo or theme then I'll gladly do it.)
Summary of the story: (If you gave me a theme or picture already, this won't be needed. Unless you want a little summary on your book cover.)
Your username: (If you don't want to put your username that you're using right now, on this cover, tell me what name you would like to put on instead. Leave it blank if you want to use your registered username)
Your email: (So I can send it to you. If you don't give me your email I won't be able to send it.)
