Giants
Sarina Earth is past saving, but to save the human race, six ships leave the planet to start over. When one of the ships is forced to do an emergency landing on a planet triple Earth's size, we are taken hostage in a Giant's castle and then sold. Although they feed us, I'm not fooled. Everything about them is designed to kill, so it's only a matter of time. Even if I have to do it on my own, I will find my way back to the ship that brought us here and leave this planet. Tarvik Getting called into an emergency meeting isn't how I would choose to spend the afternoon, but as Commander, I'm obligated to attend. Small beings landed on our planet, and per my king's orders- We're keeping them. My people are excited to have new pet types- cute ones at that- but I suspect they're capable of more than my king believes.
The Day We Left Earth
If we stayed there any longer, we would have died. Earth was no longer our home, but instead a barren waste land from which we had to escape. Its calm blue oceans were replaced by big empty pits, and the green grass which used to cover our planet has now died, leaving all ground we tread on brown. The sun was getting too close to earth. It was going to explode soon, meaning we would have to leave. Either that, or die on what we called home. Not everyone left, not everyone was saved, but most of us are here in our new home. Resa: a story set in the world of 'the Balance'
It is Resa's birthday and she is 54 years old. She has one year left until she goes over and she has been perfectly happy for the past 37 years, never questioning whether or not she loves her husband or even likes her children. But now she does. She has heard that some run but most, pretty much all, just go over. They go peacefully but Resa cannot believe they go happily. Older than her husband, she must go alone. She is given a guide dog to help her to make sense of the transition, to be with her, to be the be the only thing she knows on the day she turns 55. She doesn't even know what to call it.Complete

Countless worlds were surveyed, but not one could hold human life. So, now we are back. We are home. But this is not the planet we left.Complete
This Forsaken World
After suffering a world spread pandemic, world war three and finally a deadly virus that turns infected humans into zombies, the human race is pushed to the brink of extinction. Uniting the surviving governments into a single organization known as the New Alliance, the last survivors of humanity turn there efforts towards creating a fleet of starships to search for a new homeworld. Just as things begin to look up a fleet of unknown space ships enters the earth's orbit and lays siege to the planet. Forced to retreat, the New Alliance evacuates anyone they can and travels into the unknown, pursued and hunted by vampire-like creatures with an insatiable thirst for blood. Those unlucky enough to be left on Earth are captured and enslaved to serve as both labor force to fuel the alien species technology and to provide them with there life's blood. The world was deemed unliveable in 2025. Humans were moved to space stations in order to survive, looking for a new planet to call home. The year is now 2050, and we still have not found a planet. I was born on this ship but my parents were alive when Earth 'died.' I've been chosen to journey to the planet of Alalea in hopes of finally finding somewhere to live. I never thought I would call this place home until I met him. (Based on the world of avatar. This story and characters are completely original and my own!)

{COMPLETED} Samantha hasn't touched Earth in 16 years. She has always dreamt of finding her biological family on Earth and meeting them for the first time again. But she can't. Samantha can't dream anymore, she is apart of the cause to save the human race. The year is B35 and the Earth is becoming overpopulated every day. The governments have combined forces to try to find a solution before Earth is too crowded. They have tried sending spaceships into space and leave some of the population up there, but the space crafts required to have humans live there forever is not possible. They have tried making underwater pockets so people can live under the sea, but the underwater pockets are too fragile to maintain and easily every citizen can drown. Hope was almost given up. Until scientists found a planet only couple light years away that is a sister planet to Earth. No one has ever been on this planet before and is unsure what will people find there. So on the year B18, all children born within that year were taken from their families and sent into a spaceship to be trained and prepared for the landing of this new planet. Samantha and her squad are flying through space and preparing themselves both mentally and physically for the adventures of this new planet. No one knows what is going to happen when the spaceship lands on this foreign land.Complete
