Tris, a girl come from the  Abnegation faction, thought to forget herself,  has to muster up her courage to get to the Dauntless. Her weak body and weak faction wears off after some time in her new life after personally choosing this torture full faction. 
Of course its hard for her, of course she needs help. But thing is, she won't take it.
