"Felicity Henrietta Darthmond I have had enough!"

I had thought Mum was joking. She'd said those words plenty of times before and she'd never actually meant them. Well, this time she did. Although, as I watched her posh, shiny car disappear around a corner, I was still expecting her to pop out of the bushes.

"Surprise!" she'd say. She'd apologise for always taking everything so seriously. She'd tell me that she wasn't about to leave me in the middle of nowhere with a bunch of preteens. She'd take me home and then go right back to ignoring me as usual.

Oh well, maybe this will be a nice break for me.
...

Felicity Darthmond. She's had a rough life so far.

So, when her mother sends her to a summer camp full of literal 12 year olds, she treats it like a well deserved break. Finally, a drama free three months where the only thing to worry about is not getting caught talking after lights out and being on time for breakfast.

At least, that's what she thinks.

Who knew things would get this complicated?

"Hey, who are you?" I could tell he wasn't trying to scare him off while still trying to establish the fact that we could hurt him if we wanted to. "I was gonna ask you the same question," he replied. "But since to beat me to it, I'm Eli. I'm just a seventeen-year-old kid out here alone. Y'all seem to be in the same situation." His southern accent was thick but definitely not South Carolinian. It sounded more like he was from Alabama or Mississippi. "True. For how long?" "Four weeks. I ran away because of...circumstances," he said, trailing off on the last word. "Prove to us you're not dangerous," Marcus threatened. "Prove to me you're not dangerous," Eli countered. "I don't even know your names." "Fine. I'm Marcus, that's Peyton, Luke, and Aaliyah," he answered, gesturing toward each of us as he spoke. I could tell he didn't trust the guy, but he seemed good enough. He hadn't said anything to make us distrust him, but he also hadn't said anything to make us trust him. "Look, dude, I'm not trying to hurt you. I'm looking for something a friend told me about a few weeks ago. She said there was a whole network of teens out here, but there's a camp somewhere in Florida that gives them a place to stay. Secret, of course, and run by teens, but anyway, it seems safer than being out here and living off the land." "Wait, you mean there are more of us?" I asked. ☁ Three teenagers find themselves rejected by their families after they're all unexpectedly outed on the same night. With the help of their friend, they head to the streets in search of freedom and acceptance. Along the way they meet another boy, and there's more to him then they could have ever guessed. Follow each of them as they discover who they are, who they love, and more of their country's secrets than they could ever dream of in a thrilling trilogy told from all five points of view.

Olivia never really paid any attention to the guys in school and she's never let herself fall in love. Ever. With college just months away, she had no interest in beginning a new relationship. Besides, she just wanted to enjoy her senior year with minimal distractions. Then her adoptive parents decide to foster an arrogant, irritating guy, who frustrated her to no end. But then tension, oh sweet tension, grows between them whenever the other is near. How is Olivia supposed to fight the inevitable if they live alone in the same house? How is she supposed to not become attached or fall for his cool, flirty, and sometimes reckless personality? Especially when they both forget about the rules. Tyler didn't expect anyone to want to foster him, but SGA was getting old anyway. With his father out of his life, it was time to finally live it without risking getting arrested for doing anything else illegal. Olivia wasn't supposed to become part of his world. How could she? ────────────── !!! UNDER EDITING !!! IN WHICH... for as long as everyone could remember, ivory and jaden constantly bickered. the two met in kindergarten, they were in the same class and then she stuck around when she befriended jaden's twin brother, javon, and then their older sister, jayla. now, ivory and jaden didn't hate each other, but they weren't exactly friends either. jaden was a little dick in kindergarten and always had to be right which caused ivory to stop trying to befriend him. eventually, it got to the point where ivory was at the walton residence everyday so now the two had to tolerate each other considering how much time they'd spent together as a group. coming from a bad home, ivory found comfort and family in the waltons. they cared for her and she cared just as much for them. more than half of the week ivory spent the night at the waltons house. jessica and dj walton never questioned how the girl was at their house. ivory was a good kid. she never did anything to make them dislike her. even on school nights. she woke up so easily on school mornings and never put up a fight. she was always so respectful so they grew to love her as much as their kids did. jaden used to avoid spending time with ivory, but now? he just always wanted to be around her. when he is suddenly so aware of how close she is with his brother, he can't help the anger that flows through his body. ────────────── © kays-way jaden walton x fem oc social media + real life ! completed as of september 10, 2023. strong-ish language.
