I published my book on Halloween of 2015, followed by the ebook on Thanksgiving Day of the same year. (There is no significance to the dates ... that's just the way it happened.) You can find Crap Happens...Wallowing Is Optional on amazon.com. I won't "re-do" the chapters I've already shared on Wattpad, but I'll add a few more from the book for your reading pleasure. I sincerely appreciate your comments.
At the age of 53, this city "girl" married a dairy farmer. We both lived in North Carolina but, in retrospect, the hundred miles that separated us was nothing compared to the differences in our lifestyles. Cows, cats, chores; mud, machines, manure ... how was I supposed to deal with these foreign matters?
This is a humorous, inspirational look at ordinary events on the farm that gave me an extraordinarily bad attitude. However, there is a cure. When life gets stale or downright discouraging, a change in perspective can change an attitude, and a new attitude translates to joy in living.

"Are you coming with me, then can I show you around." I asked her, but she stubbornly answered. "NO WAY I'm going through this!!" And I was right, she is afraid. "They don't do anything to you swe-, oh wait what is your name? I forgot to ask you yesterday." I softly said to her. "I'M (Y/N), and how am I sure you aren't lying to me?!" I seriously have to work on this. I know somewhere deep inside, there is actually a good heart in this girl, I just feel it. But How will I find it?Complete
Reflections
I am a regular, shitty, but pretty fucking awesome human, I've seen things of beauty, and some damn right gruesome, A young (ish) woman, who has fucked up a lot, So imagine how many of life's lessons I've got. Though I have been humbled, on several occasions, The resilient idiot I am, just cracks on, bruised and brazen. Still fucking up, of course, from time to time, Though I do hope to make it, a less frequent habit of mine. This novel ere, is a wanky catharsis for me, A place to swaddle my self-doubt, in prose and to be. I have lived many lives, of inconvenience and indulgence, Not always have I thrived, but I can boast experience. With failures to toast and wins to boast, I do hope my words, will keep you engrossed, I've circled the ditch and been in some scraps, Situations from which, I thought I'd never come back. What I can offer now, is a unique perspective. And at the very least, you can read, How not to do what this twat did.

Something new, something different, something blue, something old.... No, not getting married, but it is something new and different. My mood is blue and well, most days I do feel old, rather than young. Age is a mindset π A collection of my author's notes, rather than putting them at the beginning or end of each story. I journal every day... I can't help it. I need to write, even if a story doesn't flow. When it pertains to a story or how I write, I will write it down too. Oh!
