Our world has changed but not for the better.
Learning to care then kill who i trusted didn't really help with my humanity...the very last bits of it were slowly slipping away and here I was just letting it go.

"What do you mean?" I asked knowing that my heart is going to break soon. Knowing that what I hear won't be good but it will destroy me. My heart was beating so fast and my breathing was heavy. He turned and looked at me. Those green eyes would be the death of me. I knew it but I loved them so much I can't describe it. "You know what I want to say Ava. A Destiny 2 fanfiction. Part 1: New Light. When the Traveler arrived, a spherical deity with paracausal powers known as the Light, humanity prospered and thrived. Their lifespans tripled and they expanded their civilization amongst the stars and to other planets. This was known as the Golden Age until an ancient evil known as the Darkness that hunted the Traveler finally found it in our solar system.
