Bokuto hadn't yet found his soul mate but that doesn't mean he has given up. He had writing up and down both his arms, one more neater than the other, asking questions or just random thoughts he's wrote down to tell his soul mate. He wasn't scared to how to his conversations if it meant his soul mate would see them.
