It's been three years since Olivia made the life-changing decision to join the Secret Agent's Organization of America, and it has changed her in ways more than physically. She's met people, lost people, and there is tension in the relationships she has. This mission is like no other; every political, ethical and moral belief Olivia and many other agents have ever held will be challenged. Those people in Olivia's past that she thought were gone have returned, and more passionate than ever. And those she thought she had will surprise her in more ways than one, and not necessarily the good kind of surprise. 

In the final book of the Agent 13 series, there will be action like no other, controversy that will tear apart Olivia's life like a hurricane, and passion that will warm the coldest parts of Olivia's heart. 
At the end of the day, even when those she love will come and go, only one thing will remain the same.
