El Team Arrow sigue resolviendo casos ya sean robos a bancos o traficantes de drogas, cuando un nuevo justiciero aparece. El Team Arrow intenta atraparlo por las noches mientras que por el día Oliver y sus amigos trabajan. Hasta que la familia King llega a Starling City a quedarse definitivamente después de que su hija volviera a casa por culpa del accidente que tuvo lugar en una de las islas de china cerca de Lian Yu llamada Jian Yu y la familia Queen los invita a su casa a celebrar la llegada de sus amigos. Lo que no saben es que tanto por el día como por la noche, los dos justicieros estarán en el mismo sitio sin darse cuenta.
