A close friend of Theia Rosewell's stole her sight 3 years ago in a fit of rage. Who? She doesn't know. She'd all but given up on exposing the identity of her once trusted culprit - until she and life-long best friend, Gabriel Murray, wind up in a car accident.

When they announce Gabriel to be dead, Theia can't let go of truth's exposure as she's done so many times before. She mightn't have had her eyes that night but that wasn't to say all of her other senses weren't perfectly intact. The skidding of another set of tires on the abandoned street; the click of the door opening as opposed to what police had claimed was wrenched off during the accident; the squeeze of fingers before he was gone with a shout as if in lieu of farewell.
