Most people asociate hospitals with death; so did she. But Eliana made a desition in one, a decition that saved the life of 6 people and improved the quality of life of 9 others. Nicolas Cuevas was one of those. A man who had no hope of growing old enough to actually start living. A man who had lost hope of ever going to collage and had no plans for the future, because he was not supposed to have one. He, who was already compleating his bucketlist because was meant to die weeks ago will also be the man who will gain Eliana's heart and her father's liver.
