In Tokyo City, there is a boy named Makamoto Hideyuki, who have a unknown power known as dark power when in the first night and can transform.Although, those power not make him evil, instead helping people from evil villains and monsters in Tokyo city. He's not alone, with his friends, they can help him too when he is in serious problem. But, there is a big secret about his form that he want don't to believe it.
