Saphire was born as the Daughter of a very powerful Alpha. The problem is she was born of nonmates. Her father, the Alpha gave up finding his mate and had Saphire with a human who he had fallen for. Once he found his mate he left the human and kept his werewolf daughter. A wolf being borm between human amd werewolf happened often as wereeolves could have human mates, their child will either be werewolf or human. What is uncalled for is werewolves having children with someone other then their mate, any child born this way would be born "defective" as the elders called it. Saphire was born with wolf ears. Mamy wolves could make there claws and canines come out while in human form when angry, this could only happen though after the age 16, all werewolves grow as normal children just they are stronger, faster, and more mature. At age 10 they can speak to their wolf, at age 16 they can transform into their wolf. Saphire was born with ears and her tail would pop out whenever she got excited, as she grew older she learned to control when the tail came out, but the ears always stayed. She was a "Defective" wolf. her biggest fear? Will her mate except her as the disapointment that she is? Her father always loved her as his little princess, his mate not very much, she had her own children with him to love.
