Olivia Billings has been friends with Phil and Stu ever since she could remember. Phil stood up for her in middle school and attempted to claim her in their group. He was willing to do anything for doug, even protect his little sister. The four of them have always been inseparable. She's always sorta been the odd ball out being the only girl and all but when they meet Doug's new brother in law Alan, she dosent feel so different anymore.
