Returning to the Orre Region, 5 years after the events in Pokémon Colosseum, Cipher's back. Back to once again to plan on ruling the world. This time they grew in numbers, got a new leader, new admins and a different tactic. Together with his mother, younger sister and his Eevee, Michael (14) lives a normal life at the Pokémon HQ lab. Playing around with the lab's staff and honing his battle skills. That is, until the professor gets abducted by a group of mysterious people. Getting introduced to Shadow Pokémon, Michael embarks on a journey to save the professor. Furthermore, it has now become Michael's job to put an end to Chiper's evil plans. This time, new Shadow Moves get introduced, both old and new locations will be explorerd and some familiar faces will return to the scenes. ------------------ This novel is based on the Pokémon XD: Gale of Darkness game, which is developed by Genius Sonority, published by The Pokémon Company and distributed by Nintendo.
