World domination for over 400 years by vampires. Killed and enslaved all the humans for their lifestock. Making a system for breeding so that they have enough blood to sustain them. 

 But there are survivors outside hiding and experimenting to make the human race stronger, faster, with intelligence help fend them off. Detemined to make that happen. Starting with Datura Autumn Stone.

Unfortunately she falls into the hands of the same creatures that's out to get them. And deeper into a very peculiar vampire. 

Will she face the same horrifying fate as every other human faced? Or...

My mate. So weak. So pathetic. I have a weak and pathetic mate. I thought as I looked at her in disgust and displeasure. Just like me when I was human. She is human! I don't want a mate. I don't want a weak and pathetic mate! She can't fix me! She's nothing! Screw this! My thoughts were going berserk with the rushing flashes of my past. I tucked my hand through my hair roughly in an unsuccessful attempt to stop the replay of those horrible evocations. I laid her on the small grass patch at the side of the deserted road. She was half-conscious, so possibly she could hear me... "Hey!" I said, jerking her pale face gently. Blood was covering half of her face but she was still looking beautiful in the moonlight. The sparks weren't going unnoticed and I reminded myself that it was just the mate-bond. I was determined in my decision and there was no way I was going to change it. The girl opened her eyes slightly and with that, I did what I thought was right at that time. "I, Kane Wilson, reject you as my mate!" I said, with all the strength I could have mustered in my miserable state of emotions and with that, I left her there, feeling extreme pain in my heart. But I pushed that pain aside and ran from there in my ultimate inhuman speed. Away from her! In a world full of mythical creatures, dragons, goblins, almost anything imaginable. A human is born to lower class vampires, doctors saying she wouldn't live. A child around the same age as her is put next to her crib in the hospital, friends until the end. Friends until the human didn't make it. Friends until... Until they are separated, the human said to have died but, how? Was the creature medicine too much? Maybe they weren't meant to be friends? Maybe even more then friends... This story actually sucked. I wrote it with no intention and didn't have a single plot idea, it was just me writing when and how I felt like it, please, go check out another book of mine.

7 years ago, an infection spread throughout Earth's population. Many were turned into what can only be described as a zombie. The cause of this infection? Vampires. Vampires have been trying to take over the Earth for centuries. They faced many problems, the main one being their lack of numbers. Turning humans is a dangerous process for both the humans and vampires. The vampires hired scientists to create a synthetic venom to turn humans into vampires. Their first prototype was tested prematurely. It gave the human test subjects extreme speed and strength for 1 hour. They escaped and infected hundreds. The infection spread and mutated till the Earth was overrun by different kinds of hungry human - eating zombies. Vampires aren't the only supernatural creatures. Most of the others have gone into hiding, trying to wait it out. Werewolves, however, are the mortal enemies of vampires. They have formed a guard that protects humans day and night. Dogs are a man's best friend right?

Without warning, his mouth is on mine. He kisses me roughly. His hands are on the back of my neck, holding me in place. For a moment, I was frozen, unsure of whether I wanted to push him away or kiss him back. Since I was not in control of my body around him, I kissed him back hard.
