Violet Evergreen is a Author of multiple award-winning books. Violet and her pet chameleon Melvin have to move out of Kansas and back into her parents house in New Hampshire cause her house was destroyed in a tornado. While she is living with her parenst and younger siblings she saves money for a new house in Washington D.C, one day she notices something is off. She grabs a switch blade and walks towards her closet. She finds a criminal on the run for resently robbing a bank. He tries to charm his way out but, they strike a deal. She hides him, and she gets a cut in the cash him and his partners hid.
