The lights beamed in all directions, the fairy ball was about to begin. Eriexia looked around her; she was the only scion there. Eriexia, with her beautiful wings, purple eyes and cat like features, was hard to look at and not admire. Matthuis, the prince of Element, made his way towards her. The blue moon unveiled and set a gentle glow on Eriexia. Her ears shot up. Something, or rather, someone had touched her wings. She turned. Standing right in front of her, was the prince...
Cat suddenly woke up, trying to catch her breath. This was the third time she'd had that dream. She slowly stood and walked to the bath room. Looking in the mirror, she saw no cat like feature, wings or purple eyes.
Out of nowhere, Misty appeared beside her, "You look like you've been having fairy tale dreams."
Cat looked at her sister's reflection beside hers. She tucked her hair behind her ear, smiled and turned to face her, "You have no idea."

My eyes finally adjusted and I got a good look at the guy. Holy shit, he was HOT. He rivaled Lazarus, and that's saying a lot. "What the hell?" I took a step closer to the mirror, staring at my reflection in disbelief. The person looking back was still me, but at the same time it wasn't. I had the same thick, dark, curly hair. The same hazel eyes. The same olive skin with a light dusting of freckles (ugh) scattered across the bridge of my nose. But my curls were now streaked with highlights. And not the subtle, golden-brown ones that sometimes appeared during the summer. No, these were an aggressive, dazzling blond that went from the roots of my hair all the way to the tips. It looked like I had spent a full day getting my hair done in some upscale salon. Never mind that I had never set foot in such a place since the day I was born. My eyes appeared somehow wider and more luminous. The colour brighter, my eyelashes darker up against them. And, when I looked closely, my pupils seemed to be slitted almost like a cat. I looked down at my body. My skinny arms-which had always refused to gain any definition no matter how hard I exercised-were lined with flat, wiry muscles. My bony shoulders were now curved and smooth. My scrawny legs were toned like a dancer. I reached down and lifted my shirt, revealing two subtle lines running vertically down my perfectly flat stomach, hinting at the rock-hard abs underneath. I walked into The Anderson Corporation of Finances Building smelling a lot of humans but a hint of werewolves. I became scared of the thought of werewolves here and almost turned around. "There is no way we are going to run away just because of a bunch of dogs are here and after all of those late nights studying for this stupid dream job of yours!!!!" Thora said forcing my legs to walk. I took the elevator noticing that the higher I went up the smell of wolves became more noticeable and the more vulnerable I felt. "Hello. Uh-um.. I am Sophia Gonzalez and I am here to be the Secretary for Mr. Anderson," I told the middle aged lady at the front desk. I knew that she knew that I was a were-cat because she was weary of me. She looked at me with pity for a flash second and then called Mr. Anderson to ask him if I could go in. She put the phone down and said,"Miss. Gonzalez you may go in now." I open the door to Mr. Anderson's office and just as it creaked open I sensed the smell of an Alpha wolf. "MATE!!!! FINALLY OUR MATE!!!!." "What the hell are you talking ab---!?" Before I could even say anything else a strong large hand grabbed my arm, spun me around, slammed the door behind me and pushed my arms against the wall. Six high school students looks like anyone else acts like anyone else but are capable of things no one else is. They learnt from a young age no one that means NO ONE can know about their powers even their parents and other siblings. It brings out the true friends and those who just want to use you. In the end, what do you do when your closest friend betrays you? This is the story as they try to keep their biggest darkest secret of what they are capable of and as they discover they're not the only ones like them... I am not very good at trigger warnings before individual chapters but there is mention of blood, cold abuse and parents divorcing. (But read at your own risk in case I mention something else. I am working on rewriting this story and when I do there will be the trigger warnings in the correct places.) (small teaser.) No one sees me. I am a ghost. I brush against the wooden fence. The banging starts again but this time a lot louder. I can hear the girls screaming up stairs. I pick up my phone and dial 911. "Hello this is 911 what's your emergency?" "There are a bunch of wolves outside my house. I think they have rabies or something I'm not sure." The banging gets louder and I can feel my face getting wet from the tears. "Mamm did you say wolves are there?" "Yes Yes there are wolves about 10 of them out here in my front yard. I need help!" I hang up the phone and sit on the end of the stair case. I close my eyes and start praying. Something I haven't done in a while. "I have faith, there is a god. I have faith, there is a god, I have faith, there is a god." I repeat over and over. The glass breaks and I start screaming. I stand up and try to scramble up the stairs. The door comes falling down and there are about 10 wolves standing in front of my door. A woman emerges and walks toward me. She snaps her fingers and the pretty brown wolf is in front of me. Right there by my face. "Ridanna you know what to do." Her teeth is wrapped around my neck and she sinks them in. I try to scream but it's hard to. At first it hurts but now the pain no longer exists. I feel like there is no such thing as pain and I feel light as if I can float off the Earth. Fine as hell white boy with a pro-black activist fall for each other. Cherise Miss Activist doesn't want to date Zaire the fine as hell white boy not for his race but for his secrets. What if he had a past he didn't tell you about and the only way you found out is because the past came to kill you? And I'm not talking werewolves and vampires. Cherise would only wish for problems for they would be so simple compared to hers and Zaire's. "Hey don't young Lady killing yourself is a sin" she turned and the nail trimmer fell off her hand. "Who is it?" she said but the voice did not come back, she looked inside the mirror she brought from her deceased relative. She watched her eyes, it was like her own reflection was looking at her, just than she felt her green eyes turning to electric blue, she got startled, then she turned and walked towards her bed, "It's like I am having hallucinations, can't die properly even " she said to herself and went to her bed. ****** She got up late in the morning; she didn't want to go to school. She turned to the other side of her bed. Still eyes closed she looked for a pillow but instead her hand touched something very hard, it was like a human arm, the manly odor was surrounding, first she thought she was dreaming, She hold him softly and hugged him. He was snoring faintly. She opened her eyes instantly, it was some unknown man on her bed and he was sleeping peacefully beside her, she narrowed her eyes to confirm it was indeed what she was seeing, she got up a bit while putting pressure over her arm. His light brown hair were fallen over his forehead, His broad chest was moving up and down as he breaths, when she realized that it was not dream, she got up and screamed. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh". I finally escaped the factory, they kidnapped me from my college. Today is my birthday, and I had planned for it but nothing helped, only calming me down for the moment. A scream echoed out in the silent starry sky, my body freezing... They were looking for me, I just knew it. Again, I ran and jumping over the fence to the property, muscles burning, my breathing short. I look behind me, not seeing the light of the school anymore. I slow down, holding my breath again. Looking around, only trees and bugs surround me. I slowly sank to my knees, gripping the grass in between my fingers, to keep my breathing calm. Tears springing to my eyes and brushing the tears away, slowly getting back to normal. Suddenly, I felt someone behind me. I could feel its strength and power surround me, turning around to see a dark figure behind me. Glowing blue eyes stared at me, seeing it slowly walk toward me. My breathing becoming short again, a panic attack was on the verge. A hand was now on my shoulder and another on my cold cheek, making me look into his eyes, "Let me help you..." He whispered. Rubbing his thumb against my cheek, I slowly nod my head, when a pain began to form in my chest. I knew it was coming. I quickly get away, crawling a couple feet away. "Get away!" I yelled. My skin turning white and the pain erupting inside of me, feeling it try to escape, and I know if I let it. It will hurt this man. Suddenly, he was there in my view. Blue eyes staring at me, and then his lips were on my own. Gasping as I felt the pain beginning to disappear from inside me. Eyes drooping and my body relaxing against his.
