The Cold Killer, a sadistic and sociopathic serial killer. 18 years ago, the Cold Killer was reported killed. 18 years later, SSA Alexis Lane, Unit Chief of the MCU is informed they made a mistake in saying the Cold Killer was gone. Now SSA Lane, along with her team, have to rush to find the man and stop him, dead or alive. The problem is, 19 years ago, they never found the Cold Killers identity.
