April 11th 1994, 17 years ago, Spencer Drake was born in Radley Sanitatarium, to Peter Hastings and Mary Drake.

Peter was tricked into thinking that Mary was Jessica DiLaurentis, and got Mary pregnant. But, Peter didn't know that. So he was a father to more than his already 2 children, Jason and Melissa. But Jason was also an unknown child of his, to Jessica DiLaurentis.

But Anyway, the baby born in Radley was raised there. Staying in a white room, waiting and waiting.

But when Spencer was 5, she was told that her mother, Mary Drake was released.

Spencer dreamed about the day that her mother would come to her rescue and take her out of the awful place. But she was still waiting for that day.

Meanwhile, 18-year-old, Toby Cavanaugh, was getting into some trouble with his best friend, Caleb Rivers. Selling drugs in secret.

But one day, Caleb blows up an industry building and Toby gets blamed.

It's either jail, or community service at Radley Sanitarium.

Toby can't afford to get jail on his record so he chooses Radley, where he meets Spencer.

His little firecracker.
