Caitlin Singer was a normal girl. She was happy and was sure she would live a full and happy life. After Caitlin's mom dies she's filled with worry. She keeps asking herself the same question. "Is Dad going to go next?" For 2 years Caitlin is freaked out by the hard truth that her dad will die. But then, on Caitlin's 8th birthday, she learns about crossroad demons. Not willing to risk losing her dad, she makes a deal. For ten years her dad will be immune to death and on her 18th birthday a Hellhound will come to take her to Hell.

When her dad and the Winchesters, who she has been close to not long after her mother's death, find out about the deal everyone is devastated. Knowing she won't get to live a normal life Caitlin asks her dad if she can hunt. He says yes, knowing this way she could do something that would have an actual impact in her little time left.

For the limited time Caitlin has she makes sure to make a name for herself. By the time a hellhound comes to take her to Hell, everyone knows her. Whether you're a hunter or a monster when you hear her name you immediately know who she is. If you're a monster, you shiver at her name. If you're a hunter you feel lucky if you even knew the girl.

10 years after her death, Caitlin still has a tight grip on her humanity. Right when she thinks it's all for nothing she's pulled out of Hell by the angel Uriel. To Caitlin's suprise they want her help to stop the Demons from starting the Apocalypse. She instantly agrees, even though she can't contact anyone she cares about.

4 months later When Dean is brought back to life, word gets out that the infamous Singer girl is back, and is back for monster blood. When the Winchester boys and Bobby hear the news they immediately start looking. Little does Dean know, the answer is right in front of him.
