Sonya Blake is bullied at school for being an emo outsider who doesn't really fit in with any of the crowds at her school until one day a new student shows up and changes it all.
They protect Sonya from her inner demons and the bullies at Cherrywood high school, even though she may not like being protected.
Sonya is seventeen, she has been bullied since her parents left her alone at one of the local orphanages when she was only five and has lived with her two abusive foster parents ever since.
She cuts and hopes to die, only to get rid of the burning feeling of not being wanted anywhere that she is.
Then she lets this new person in after one dreadful rumor is spread out about her at school, only to end up...
