You are the light in my dark heart,
Though you may be miles and miles away,
I just want you to know I'm here to stay." He says with the biggest smile he has ever shown me.

"I never thought of you as a cheesy poet." I say, with a hint of laughter and joy. He shrugs as I reply, "I am your planets and constellations in your galaxy,
You begged me for mercy,
To let you in my own world,
That is just as big as the universe inside the mind of a girl. "

He chuckles, "I never knew you were such a romantic."

"Actually, I just got that from a book." I say, with a smirk tugging on the end of my lips.

The stars and the moon seemed to be the only company I have in the dark void called my life. I was mama's little girl. Sadly, that story was long ago. My story now, is all about black holes and dead stars. Dark, gloomy, sad, and quiet, it seemed like a neverending night. I never thought it would be like this. I could swear that I couldn't feel any emotion because I was dead inside. Little did I know, that a ray of sunlight would be shining my way, along with an angel who would try to not leave me astray.
