Demacia, known for its lawful society and prestigious military, is the most iconic city in the league universe. Luxana Crownguard (or Lux for short as she prefers to be called), along with her brother Garen, were born into the crownguard lineage found in High Silvermere; a city in which the two grew up. Once Garen enters the Dauntless Vanguard, the elite fighting regiment of Demacia, Lux is left with the expectation of becoming the protector of her family. These responsibilities are not only a heavy weight on her shoulders, but also push aside her most enticing ambition. With the dream of adventuring the world, Lux comes across something mysterious about herself that will not only change her life forever, but also the fate of her city.
