Riele and Jace have always been really close friends. So close that many people thinks they're dating. But even someone who was blind could tell that they felt something for the other. So you couldn't really blame someone for thinking they had something going on. Eventually rumors start about them being together. Even though it's a bit embarrassing for them they don't mind it all too much. Everything is good until Riele starts to receive death threats from a stranger. Being used to hate messages from haters, she doesnt really pay it no mind. Until someone breaks into her house one night. That's when she realizes that the person wasn't giving empty threats. Someone was really out to get her. And to make matters worse, more rumors begin to spring up about Jace dating another girl named Daniella. Making the relationship between Riele and Jace strained.

I gulped "What do you want from me?" I asked already shaking. "Don't be scared babygirl" A second man said. I flinched when he called me that. "We won't hurt you" A third man responded chuckling at his statement. Just as I was about to protest, the chubby man pulled me down making me lie down from my once sitting position "Please I beg you. Don't" I pleaded tears streaming down my eyes. "SHUT THE HELL UP" the second man said as he slapped me making my head snap to the other side. I closed my mouth whimpering. "Good girl" the third man cooed. Just The Babysitter?
Riele's mom has gotten a new job that requires her to take numerous business trips ranging anywhere between 5-14 days. This quickly becomes a problem so she explains to her boss why she'll have to quit because she understands how situations like that can damage her child. On the other hand, Jace's dad has finally gotten 1) his company to be international and 2) a worker that's too much of an asset and friend. When his best worker comes to see him ready to quit he offers to find a trustworthy babysitter for her daughter which turns out to be his son. Neither child will say no to their parents but shortly after Riele finds herself reminding Jace and herself that he's just the babysitter.
