In the year 2215, with the crash of the automatic electrical grid in 2104, a new community arises. Of all the collected knowledge from past books and the passed on knowledge of the elders. With what had looked like it had been worked on for years, a solar community emerged from rubble.
The Starters only had the survival gear that was forgotten by the Preliminary Government. Solar panels, water purification systems, and even survival knifes were all they had left.
Over 100 years, as the corrupt Preliminary generations died out, the new and highly technologically advanced city, still keen to their survival ways, arose from the ashes, a special hierarchy danced to life.

The Anthros broke free and took what was left of the 'White Mist,' the substance that created them, and put it into the planet's air supply. Long story short, most animals worldwide have begun transforming into Anthros, and started devastating the world's militaries before attacking cities. Humanity is now facing extinction with their last millions while the Anthro civilization is over 2 Billion strong and counting. The war between Humans and Anthros has lasted for over 50 years, and while humans may be disadvantaged against the Anthros higher strength, speed, endurance, and intelligence, they still beat Anthros with improvisation, adaptability, and tactics. The war has destroyed all four Eastern continents, leaving behind a creature both Humans and Anthros call Reapers, who are husks of the person they were. The Anthros have near complete control over North America and are fighting Humanity in South America, but the main human bases are located on the Hawaiian islands. Twenty years after the end of the Cyborg War, the last cyborgs try to hijack a starship on its way to terraform an alien world.
