Jennifer Duras was born with magical powers and she never known it. Her parents died in a car crash when they went on a date when she was just one year old. No one adopted her, so when she was sixteen, the Brooklyn orphanage sent her out with some money and her few personal belongings. One of those personal belongings being an acoustic guitar, which was originally owned by her father. She gets caught in the crossfire of Purple Dragons and Foot Clan bots, and after she passes out, the guitar protects her and Splinter finds her and the guitar, taking her back and adopting her like he did the turtle brothers
