The Autobots are franticly trying to get Bumblebee to some files that the Decepticons are holding. The Decepticons, though, don't want him to find these secret files. All he is told is that he isn't who he seems to be and that it's all hidden in the past. Why did he lose his memories? And why are the Decepticons so fond on keeping it from Bumblebee? All of it is to be told in a story only Bumblebee will understand. Finally, the key to finishing the war will come out.

I am Broken (TFP)
Being in the wrong place at the wrong time seems to be the way for certain humans who run into the autobots while they are fighting the decepticons. For a seemingly lonely, and homeless girl, meeting the autobots is set to change her life forever. However, things are not as easy as the autobots first learn. Especially as they find her to bring her back to the base for safety, it becomes immediately apparent that she is different from humans. And she also poses a danger to the humans they have taken in for safety. However, they learn that she is the way she is because of evil, cruel men who kidnapped her as a toddler and forced her to endure cruel experiments to the point she is no longer considered a human. Especially as she has a side to her that requires her to hunt for a specific food source. And the autobots learn that she has no choice when the beast side of her fails to resist the scent of fresh meat. And unfortunately, it also shows that the girl has zero choice in the matter. Despite that, Jack Darby finds himself in a peculiar position with the girl. Even though he is terrified of her, the girl seems to be intrigued. He does not understand at first, until she eventually explains the possible reason. He finds himself uncertain by the development, but realizes that he might be able to help her. The autobots are now stuck fighting a war with the autobots, and learning of the horror of the girl's past. They search for the people responsible for the illegal experimentation that has caused the girl to lose her identity, and become something people would see as a monster. Worse still, the fate of her own life depends on these people. It becomes obvious when the human part of her slowly begins to disappear, losing control of herself and sense of self, until the autobots figure out how to help her and keeping her away from the monsters who destroyed her. Only not knowing if they could ever fix her without stripping the very human side of her forever.

Soundwave left Earth with the minicons and his brother and, apparently, is not going to return, he was replaced by Megatron, whom Bumblebee has even less confidence in than when he started working with the signalman. Despite this, Optimus seems to want to see the former enemy as his ally. Therefore, the yellow bot will have to accept the presence of his killer in his life. Except his kidnapper just so happened to be a fucking oblivious, obnoxious kid who never shut up. That he absolutely wasn't growing attached to. If only said kid would listen when he said the truth.
