Canthopia, it's a world where every single person has a power. The people acquire these powers only after they turn 19 and after. And after they find out they are send to the Elemental Academy to find what power they have and also to perfect it. Melanie Grace was one of those few people who got her power a few days after she turned 17. The Guardians: Seekers of Artifacts and Keepers of the Keys
In the beginning, there was Nothing. Not even Darkness, just Emptiness. Then Life shone bright. Magic appeared and brought the universe with it. Creatures of Magic came to be. There was one creature that did not come from magic-the Human. As Humans evolved they discovered Magic. Humans who were able to use Magic became known as Magicians. The Humans would create objects that would collect Magic and become Artifacts. These artifacts have the power to wreak havoc on the entire universe if in the wrong hands. Yet again Darkness is hungry for a war to end it all, but Light will always have troops at the ready. One girl. One kingdom. Eleven friends. Four Elements.
