A Bit More Than Magic, Book-1: The Prophecy

This is a fanfiction mystery romance where the world of Harry Potter collides with the world of Percy Jackson.

The story centres around Hermione Granger, now an Auror , working at the Ministry of Magic. Words are afloat that soon enough she will be contesting for the post of Minister of Magic but no one can confirm the roots of such rumours.

It's 7 years since the Battle of Hogwarts and round about the same time since the Giant war. The sweet know it all innocent Granger girl is no more the same as remembered by many. Instead, she has now become the " Dragon Lady" of the wizarding world, busy making the lives of the former death eaters living hell.

However, her love life has been complicated. She is still single and every other day the Daily Prophet is flooded with gossips​ about her unstable relationships and mysterious pure blood lineage.

Some links her new avatar and loneliness to her colleague, the famous Boy who lived who is now the most sought-after Bachelor of the wizarding community. Others gossip about her newly established connections with the infamous Draco Malfoy who is now Dr. Malfoy and one of the finest healers the wizarding community has ever seen.
But the worst of the gossips centres around Granger's mysterious Man who is only heard of but could never be seen.

What will happen when the Minister of Magic will be suddenly murdered and Hermione will be seen in the funeral holding hands with a man looking like young Tom Riddle?

Is there something more in the life of Hermione Granger than just the eyes meet? Is it some complicated love story or some deep mystery that revolves round the brightest witch of the era?
