A story in which two girls from District Four ride out a tsunami of emotions. Beira Pond and Azul Odair live in the seaside D4. The Reaping is coming and their 5th year is no less terrifying than the rest. Fresh off of the 74th Games, the Capitol is in a mess trying to right their wrongs. It doesn't help that this year is the Quarter Quell. Beira and Azul, as all people in the districts do, must hide their fear and somehow overcome the traumatic Games ahead. With Azul's superstar status as Finnick's niece, her chances of being Reaped go way up.
With the Reaping encroaching and even more dangers lurking in the shadows, how will Beira and Azul keep their head above water?

Tobias remains in Dauntless, but while he isn't exactly despondent, he does feel out of place. He doesn't fit in and cannot go on with normal life after everything that happened. Then, Choosing Day arrives. And history definitely does not repeat itself when Tris goes through the initiation process with her old friends and enemies, her ex-boyfriend, and the new sixteen-year-olds, while citizens of Chicago are mysteriously dying. Based off a prompt on Tumblr: "I want a superhero series where they have powers that 100% contradict their personalities". Molly grew up as a fisherman's daughter in a village by the ocean, so naturally, it was a surprise to her and those around her when she acquired fire powers. Everyone around her had some sort of magic, but they all were compatible with who they were. Molly's mother had died in a fire for Aglea's sake! (Note: Aglea is a goddess who's name just happens to resemble a Greek goddess. They're very different.) Jax was the son of a rich blacksmith, who shocked everyone by developing water powers, and strong ones at that. When the two meet, they go on a journey to save Molly's village from a witch who wants their magic for her own. If they can't stop her, her icy grip will smother the world. Will something other than friendship develop over this trip? Only time will tell. (I don't own the cover image if you know who it belongs to, tell me so I can credit them.
