The world of Ulia Aisling is filled with a great many peculiarities, so different from the drab atmosphere in which she lives.
Her otherwise ordinary life with her aunt, and soon-to-be step uncle seems to frustrate her to the core. Something has been eating at her, creating a constant unsettling tension within her.
Ulia hopes that she can suppress her inner turmoil by distracting herself with the inhabitants of her new town. Little does she know, that the past has a way of washing itself back ashore.
As the questions churning inside of her threaten to unravel her seams, Ulia finds her self turning more and more toward the strange boy that spends most of his time by the cliff at the beach. Could he be the key to everything or the lock barring her from obtaining peace?
