Living in a post-apocalyptic world where harsh environments are becoming more of a commonplace, 2 main civilizations were formed after the nuclear war. Galvan Ize, an engineer who currently resides in Vortex city, one of the civilizations, suddenly found himself in the middle of the chaos as an unknown pathogen attacked the city. While still unable to deal with his own past, he was tasked to deliver the formula of the cure to the next city and to call for help and leave him no choice but to choose whether to stay stuck or to escape.

His teeth would grow to a point and his eyes would turn yellow. One day while Keith and Lance were on a mission, Lance gets extremely hurt and Keith snaps. Fully turning into a Galra and killing over 50 Galra soldiers. He sends Lance in the blue lion to the castle and decides that it would be better if he learned how to control this side of him by going to the Blade of Mamora.
