Emmett is newly divorced and in a benefits only relationship with his boss Tamika. For him this is just something to help get his mind off his personal issues. For her this was just a fling but is starting to become more. Emmett intrigues Tamika in a way no man has before.

But little does Tamika know about Emmett's racist nature and secret love child with a woman of color.

As Tamika and Emmett grow closer his walls seem to come down. But as his walls come down his true personally also comes to light, which at times is difficult to handle.

When Tamika finds out the true nature of Emmett's character will she call it quits and fire him? Or will she show him mercy and still take a chance at love with him.
