This is a Sonadow AU where Shadow is an alien from a different universe. He finds Mobius and tries to become the most powerful... but without anyone noticing him. He is trying to become one of them. Over time, he figures out that Sonic is the quote on quote "ultimate lifeform" on Mobius. He tries to become acquaintances with Sonic so he can learn their culture... as things take a turn. Probably the first ever ShadAmyOuge story but idk I haven't looked Main plot After years of Amy chasing sonic he finally grows the Courage to tell Amy he doesn't like her calmly and alittle annoyed, the group aged a lot now Amy was 17 sonic was 20. In her mourning time she is visited by her friend Rouge, Rouge comforts her and takes her away from the team to clear her head, in her time away she gets fairly close with Shadow in the mean time her and rouges friendship grows stronger then ever. I'm not really a ShadOuge fan so it'll mostly be about Shadow and Rouge over Amy bc why not) Shadow and Rouge both notice each other's crush on the pink hedgehog and confront each other about it. what happens when they both struggle to figure out what to do and make Amy choose? Drop Dead Shadow
So I just remembered and rewatched a movie that I literally watched on repeat HUNDREDS of times as a kid. Still knew like 95% of the words and everything. The movie in question is 'Drop Dead Fred'. I related to that movie SO much back then, still do in a way to this day. So. It has now plagued my mind and I had to. This is a story based on the movie: As a child, Sonic was often told to stay quiet, act proper, and to eventually grow to be the kind of man his mother wanted him to be. However... one day, Sonic made a friend named Drop Dead Shadow. A -slightly unhinged- friend that would always help him through the bad times... and replace them with good ones. Unfortunately, Sonic forgot about Drop Dead Shadow after some time. Until events brought him, Amy, Tails, and Rouge to Sonic's childhood home. Also, Sonic will eventually think and act more childlike eventually (kinda). This is the ONLY story I'm going to have with him behaving in such a way so don't ask for another.
