It all started with a nuclear war and very little humans were chosen to go to the compounds. The remaining humans couldnt adapt so they died out and so animals rained control over the abondond city's. But after a thousand years some scientists went up to the surface they didnt tell anyone that the surface was survivable and started experimenting on the animals.

Everything started in 2036. The pollution was so bad that the end of the world was predicted to be right around the corner. As complete panic set in around the world, the rich and important people were all gathered and placed on giant spaceships with enough resources and room to house generations of human beings. Before they left though, the government leaders fired As a result, most of the human population died off and earth was a complete wasteland. The little that survived started building local communities and trying to survive in the destroyed excuse of a planet. On the disaster of a planet, creatures mutated and were born out of the nuclear chemicals; creating new species and monsters that hunted humans. While hundreds and hundreds of years passed, the monsters kept evolving and the people kept adapting while still trying to keep a sort of community. They didn't want to lose all of their humanity and become nothing more than animals that hunted the monsters: then they would truly be no better than the monsters themselves. So they stayed civil while still doing what it took to survive.Complete

The Gifted
A virus is was what caused our world to break, what caused the good to become the bad. Kids were being hunted down and captured for this gift that was given to them by that virus. It's been seven years. Parents tried to hide them, but they got killed and took the gifted. No child was safe, from five year olds to basically eighteen. It's the apocalypse for us. You can't trust adults. We don't know why they want from us, but I'm willing to do anything to protect my her. Some gifts are stronger than others, some are weaker than others, some are out of their own control. We don't know why the military wants us but, their not getting us. Due to global warming the Ice Caps were melting, this caused Bacteria unknown to scientists to be released, hundreds of thousands of years old. It was quick and spread rapidly killing humans within three days. Once the host was dead parasites started growing at an alarming rate eating there hosts. Only certain humans were Immune, and their blood could also kill these parasites that could grow up to 8 feet high. The Earth was healing itself from an infestation and mother nature was repairing itself.Complete
