MANY CONCENTRATE ON WHERE LIFE HAS FROWNED, WHAT ABOUT WHERE IT HAS SMILED?

Two separate individuals who are completely dissatisfied with their lives are drawn together by a young man who is desperate to put his parents to shame. Parents who had, years earlier told him he would not amount to anything in life.

After an extraordinarily flourishing friendship, Ted and James are learning to confront an image of their best friend, which is too horrible to cast even a short glance at. Now, is this image true, or are they simply exaggerating it out of their own troubled hearts? If it is true, can they be able to get back the lives they had many years ago, despised with utmost intensity?
