Seishirou Morishige, a doctor at Amare Patriarcha Crucis hospital, realizes his son, Sakutaro, died in Heavenly Host Elementary by his own hand. He mourns over his son every day, and one day decides he will try to bring him back. After a lot of hard work, the results are... not what he expected. Once he and his close friend, Fukumi Akamine, try to bring Sakutaro and his best friend Mayu back, things go wrong. The zombies begin taking over!

Will Seishirou find a way to stop the zombies, or will he end up dead too?
