A word that defines a color but it is also use to define an individuals emotion or feeling. For example;

 "I feel like everything is colorless.... Everything is black and White like everything and everyone is moving in slow motion or fast forward." 

By that sentence you can determine that the person is sad more or less depressed.

Black means danger. It signifies negative connotations. Death. Mystery. Darkness is black. I fear the darkness. Daylight brings life. Black is death. But my thoughts changed the next moment. After night you wake up fresh, to carry out a new day.
