Naruto isn't what people think he is. He's human, yes, he's no demon, yes, he's a one of a kind, definitely.

But--

What they don't know -- is that -- Naruto is under a henge. Only at the academy at age 10 along with the rest of the 12 year old clan heirs. He's no ANBU, of course not, Hiruzen wouldn't let him! But he is considerably smart, quick and strong. Mentally, he has a huge lock on it, he controls everything that he does. He doesn't take no for an answer.

Naruto, surprisingly, also voluntarily does work at the local hospital, the doctors and nurses did not hate him since they were quite close with his father, and the blond was extraordinarily a prodigy in medical arts and fuinjutsu arts.

Sasuke has an eye for the blond and keeps it to himself, he forces himself to hate the blond instead. what happened a few years ago, when he beat the blond down on a spar, they were supposed to show an act of respect by intertwining their index and middle finger together, but they fought again, instead. It wasn't hard to do it anyways, for him. Unknowingly, he had caused mental pain towards the younger blond.
