Ahora, 10 años después de aquello los dioses gobiernan con mano de hierro en un mundo en donde si no los adoras serás inmediatamente ejecutado, la mayoría de humanos se han rendido y aceptan su destino con extrema sumisión excepto Zarek un joven que lo ha perdido todo y arde con una gran furia interna. El está decidido a utilizar la única debilidad de los dioses para acabar con todos ellos y no se rendirá hasta que cumpla su objetivo o muera en el intento.

This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs.
