Inspired by Star Wars Infinities. What if Padmé was taken to Coruscant by Darth Vader to give birth instead of Polis Massa with Obi-wan? What if Darth Vader was never injured? What if Padmé survived?

Padmé Amidala and her twin children are prisoners, assurance that Anakin will do as the Emperor commands.  She wishes she had died. She wishes her husband was free.
