One day Chloe's dad, the Mayor, goes missing and is presumed dead. Chloe has mixed emotions about everything, she now has no money and no family.
She changes. And she likes the change.
Chloe stays away from her old life to forget her her father, the money, and her old self. She stays out of school for four months. When she returned no one recognizes her.
