Bostio vivait avec ses compères dans le monde de Ygoua, mais il n'a pas suivi la tradition la plus importante de son peuple et fut jeté dans le portail du Grand Rien qui, en réalité, mène à Alysia. Il y rencontrât des aventuriers avec lesquels il parcourra son nouveau monde. Jusqu'au jour où arriva l'Accident Jovénia. Bostio absorba contre son gré le sang d'un de ses amis et fut chassé du groupe. Il parcourra alors seul Alysia pour cesser sa malédiction qui le ronge de l'intérieur.
