The world is cold. Literally. The apocalypse has come, and it brought winter with it. Millions of people have perished in earthquakes, tsunamis, and ice storms. Now Ceri and her brother are alone in what used to be NYC. Ceri can only think of one place to go. The Rockies, the only place colder than New York, where her uncle works in a top secret facility.
