Evolution has been going really fast during last years, probably thanks to genetic engineering. Humans have developed a way to make their hierarchy. Certain people perceive colors that reflect their personality. However, some people can't develop that and will see the world only in shades of grey.
Monos- that's how they are called in short- can't bring much new in their occupations, they also shouldn't keep themselves close to any other people and avoid being in a relationship.
Berwald was pretty much doing that all the time. But now he has problems with that because of that new boy from his class.
