Shinobu Kouki, (Shin-o-boo Ko-u-ki) cousin of Shimizu Kiyoko and ex-captain of the fourth best diving team in Japan. His homophobic parents had disowned him when he came out as gay while he was discriminated and abused by his diving teammates. Now having some scars all over his body, Shinobu Kouki- or just Kouki- has quit his spot of diving, the same way he quit his volleyball team. The Shimizu house hols was kind enough to let him stay and his cousin, Kiyoko, invited him along on one of her clubs three week training camps during break. He really didn't want to go but Kiyoko had enough of his depressing attitude and dragged him along, hopefully to either find his volleyball spirit back or maybe even love.

When Tobio and Shoyo's growing friendship starts to fade into a romantic state, things got worse for Shoyo at home, causing him to cut himself, having suicidal thoughts. Tobio, clueless of how much Shoyo was hurting, started to brainstorm ideas how to confess to Shoyo. Suddenly, his world shattered when Koshi Sugawara called him, saying Shoyo was about to jump off the school roof. Will Tobio confess his heavy love to Shoyo while trying to get him to change his mind....or will we keep his mouth shut and think of other ways to get him to re think his choices..?
