[01/07/2021] - [13/04/2023] "You can't keep going around like a fucking maniac and treating me like shit. That isn't how relationships work," Sophia's voice was havoc as she verbalized her emotions. "That isn't how we work..." Tired, vulnerable and agitated at not only him, but herself. How could she let herself get this far, in such little time? He looked down, ashamed, not wanting to respond. His heart felt like it was beating faster than it should've. "I forgot how it felt to love you." As soon as those words were uttered from Sophia's lips, his world broke apart. Gone, in just a matter of seconds. - - - When Sophia Adam moves to a new town, she wishes nothing more than a boring, new life, to separate herself from her past. Moving meant completing university and getting a clerkship with a judge. Moving meant making refreshing new friends, and meeting a mysterious guy that seems hell-bent on getting to know her. As we go through life, we meet people who leave pieces of themselves within us. They touch our hearts in ways we never expect, changing us little by little until we become someone different. Their footprints stay with us, reminding us that no matter how much we want to, we can never go back to the person we used to be. And then, there was him. We found each other at exactly the right time, as if our paths had always been meant to cross. Loving him came naturally, and in his arms, I found a place that finally felt like home. For a while, everything made sense. It felt like the universe had written our story long before we ever met. But even the most beautiful stories can fall apart. Without warning, the life we built together slowly slipped through our fingers. The dreams we held onto, the love we shared, and the future we imagined became fragile, breaking apart piece by piece until all that remained were memories. He was the one who taught me how to love. But standing here in the silence he left behind, I realized he had forgotten to teach me the hardest part...how to let him go. Some days, the weight of missing him is almost too much to bear. Still, I'd choose this pain over never having loved him at all, because every ache is proof that what we had was real. I'd trade my everything for just one more moment with him, for even a fleeting moment holds more joy than a lifetime without knowing him.Complete

Memories of the Moon. Perhaps it was the inexplicable exhilaration momentarily caused her to zone out or, quite possibly, the hunger she felt that made her solely focus on the shawarma kiosk. Completely unaware of her surroundings, Hope failed to notice a man heading straight her way and he showed no sign of slowing down in his fast pace. A man sprinted off when he saw the time, the event was about to start and he promised his bandmates they'd meet up a few minutes before it did. He only wanted to grab a bite, was that so wrong? As he rushed through the crowd, he mentally prepared himself to perform later on and so he failed to notice a particularly enchanting, albeit preoccupied, young woman that was in his way. The two acknowledged each other's presence too late, they had no time to stop and evade one another. The result? A collision. --- Meet Hope Wintour. She's someone who's very caring, compassionate, sweet, selfless, and full of life. She's someone who's always up to the challenge, even if it might end up breaking her.
