When Mikael Hargrave's parents die in a tragic car accident, his fathers last words are "Darkness is coming." At his new orphanage, Mikael finds a shiny black cabinet. When he opens it up, he discovers a world beyond anything. It is there that he meets the girl of his dreams, but to him, it seems like she's keeping something from him. Mikael will soon learn that secrets can be dangerous.

After being pushed into a cave, Derrick wakes up to find that the opening has mysteriously vanished, leaving him in nothing but blankness. Derrick was starting to grow nervous and a chilling feeling of danger cooled his blood and created a hard-to-swallow lump in his throat. He started looking around frantically with his every step. Nothing good can come from the dark. And as if the darkness read his thoughts, their surroundings began to change.
