an almost decade old story. * "one tragedy changed their lives." a story with dialogues and minimal description, in which a boy ends up in the hospital after a car accident and his friend slowly collapsing under the weight of his tortured mind. but what actually happened that one fateful night and what other secrets will be unraveled? * two main male pov's, recognizable through italics and normal text. a story written unlike any other. i hope you'll find comfort in it just as much as i have. be aware that this is a realistic story. * slow-burn start, but it picks up. don't let the number of chapters fool you; the average reading time for each is less than a minute . i came up with the story of the two friends when i was still quite young and i'm by no means a writer, so it deeply apologize if it sucks ass. feel free to vote and comment or point out any spelling mistakes or confusing paragraphs. it needs some editing and possibly some small changes or added chapters for clarity and better character development, but as for now, this first completed story will do. original story: around 2014. first upload: 2020. re-upload: 2023.

I walked out of my room and closed the door. I started to go downstairs where I could hear my siblings talking. I was almost to the stairs when I heard a door open and close. The family's mother seemingly ran away 8 months before the triplets were born. Though their family missed her after searching for a year they gave up and realized that she did not want to be found never knowing about the triplets. She had the triplets and gave them away to a kind man and his wife at 6 their father died and their adoptive mother started to bring her boyfriends around. These boyfriends helped their mother become a drug addict and they started the abuse to the young kids. The kids moved around a lot growing up living wherever their mother's boyfriend was living and later with their step-father where the abuse got worse when they were 10 years old. Throughout their lives, the three were abused and tortured in every way. When the triplets are 15 their mother and step-father are killed leaving the triplets alone and after a DNA test by social services, they get sent to their father and brothers meeting them for the first time.
